My lore name is "Dillinga" which means "Silver Brolga".
I am a local traditional owner who was born and raised in Charters Towers North Queensland, Australia. My artwork is a form of self-expression of my spirit and cultural identity.
My paintings depict the stories of my ancestors and all that is a part of the land whether it is an animal, a plant or features of the landscape.
My long-term goal for the future is to teach and share my knowledge with children and young people through art groups and workshops.
I am currently preparing a collection of my own works so that I may hold an exhibition locally in the future.
